"Purchasing a dressage snaffle bridle"
I bought a dressage snaffle bridle and had to return it twice, but it was no trouble at all… super quick and simple, and I finally ended up with the one I was after. In other stores, I had to go through a formal credit card return process every time. Great customer service!
